**Job Type : Permanent**

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Relationship Officers. As a front-line officer in our Sales division, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and engaging with existing ones. Your primary responsibility will be to source home loan files through direct channels and partners, ensuring their timely submission for screening by the credit team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct visits to various channels and direct partners to source home loan files.
- Identify and engage with potential customers in the local market.
- Actively participate in customer acquisition and engagement activities.
- Utilize a blend of direct sales and networking strategies to maximize outreach.
- Drive target achievement through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with the credit team to ensure seamless processing of loan files.
- Evaluate and assess customer needs to offer suitable home loan solutions.
- Implement incentive structures to motivate and reward performance, with incentives reaching up to 75% of target achievement.
- Demonstrate willingness and intent to excel in a sales-driven environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within designated areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
