**Relationship Officer**

**A Relationship Officer **is a professional responsible for forming and maintaining/developing connections with business clients to drive sales. Their duties include meeting with clients in-person or on the phone or in a virtual meeting to discuss new products or services and resolve client issues.

They give clients personalized advice, build rapport and provide quick response to their inquiries.
- Ensure clients maximum satisfaction
- Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners.
- Generate the positive leads and follow it up
- Educate and inform clients about new products and it's benefits to the client.
- Attain to clients complain and resolve issues promptly

Day to Day responsibilities:

- Attain client's call and note down the work
- Forward issues/query to the team
- Make solution / follow-up calls
- Maintain office filing/client documents
- Prepare and maintain reports and record
- Fill up the forms for client online/offline
- Generate new leads - calling
- Communicate with new & existing clients for new product & service
- Maintaining relations with existing stakeholders
- Resolve clients issues
- Sending / update WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram messages

Key Requirements:

- Graduates with at least 2-year relevant experience
- Fluent verbal and written in English
- Ability to work independently

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
