Product :- All Types Of Loans(Secured/Unsecured Loans) Current Opening:- 1. Relationship Officers- ****/****-50 Duties and Responsibilities:-
  • Responsible for generating revenue through Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL sales.
  • Generating business through DSA / Channel partner/Developer/Connectors & Open Market.
  • Handle the Builders / Architects / Contractors / Chartered Accountants to generate business.
  • Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets
  • Responsible for achieving team/branch business targets.
  • Ensuring that each employee is productive each month.
  • Achieve high employee satisfaction and retention of good performers.
Desired Candidates profile:
  • Thorough understanding of the mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL Sales market.
  • The candidate should have a minimum experience of 1 year.
  • The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and aPersonality
  • Leadership skills, Communication skills, Relationship-building skills
