Role Overview

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-spoken, and capable of managing government liaison requirements, ensuring smooth communication with office staff, and navigating situations with smart decision-making and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships across departments and government offices
  • Manage government liaison work including documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with authorities
  • Act as a bridge between office staff and management to ensure seamless communication
  • Handle administrative and operational queries efficiently
  • Resolve issues proactively with tact and professionalism
  • Maintain records, track meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support leadership in meetings, visits, and stakeholder interactions
  • Represent the organization professionally in external forums & government offices
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in any discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Government liaison or stakeholder management preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools
  • Proficiency in Marathi
