Wanna Party (P) Ltd. is one stop solution for all party needs. It is leading party supplies brand offering an exciting range of décor, accessories, and celebration essentials. We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Guest Relations Associate to join our retail team and be the face of our store.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and engage every walk-in customer with warmth and professionalism, assisting

them throughout their in-store shopping journey to maximize satisfaction and sales.

delivering consistent support in a courteous and professional manner.

3. Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations to help

customers make informed purchase decisions.

4. Maintain accurate and organized customer records, feedback, and transactions using

MS Excel and internal tools.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to assist with social media influencer

partnerships and event-based promotions in-store.

6. Proactively contribute suggestions to improve store processes, customer satisfaction,

and overall service quality.

7. Ensure the retail environment is clean, vibrant, and reflective of the brand's joyful

identity.

Desired Skills & Competencies

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

2. Good MS Excel and basic data entry proficiency

3. Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

4. Warm, confident, and charismatic personality with a flair for customer interaction

5. Must be friendly, community-driven, and presentable with a customer-first attitude

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
