- Handle the check-in and check-out processes for guests,
- Provide information and answer inquiries about the organization's services, facilities, and policies.
- Maintain accurate records, register new clients or guests, and update their information as necessary.
- Handle billing and payment transactions, and issue receipts.
- Address client or guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage cash, checks, or credit card payments, maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-presented.
