We are currently seeking a Guest Relations Executive to join our team. As the Guest Relations Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our establishment. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, providing exceptional service, and building strong relationships with our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Guest Experience Management**:

- Welcome guests warmly and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Monitor the overall atmosphere and address any issues or concerns to maintain a positive experience for all guests.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Membership and Regulars Engagement**:

- Build relationships with regular patrons and members to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Develop personalized strategies to recognize and reward frequent visitors.
- Coordinate special events or promotions to engage with the local community and attract new guests.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead by example and inspire the guest relations team to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure all staff members understand and adhere to service standards.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment to maximize team performance.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen and bar staff, to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with management to provide updates on guest feedback, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate guest records and databases.
- Prepare reports on guest satisfaction, attendance trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Assist with budget planning and expense management for the guest relations department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,561.34 - ₹22,000.00 per month
