Project Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients and projects within the designated market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, developers, and consultants.
- Understand client needs and project requirements to offer tailored solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in project sales or B2B sales, preferably within the [Tiles industry].
- Strong understanding of project management processes and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
