**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for
- Sales Strategy and Business Development
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Customer Engagement
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as CTOs, founders, and procurement teams.
- Present customized technical solutions that address client challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle and project execution.
- Performance Tracking and Collaboration
- Analyze sales metrics and refine strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and marketing, to deliver value-driven client experiences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure AaensaTech remains ahead of the curve.
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (Hardware/Software/SaaS/Design services preferred)
- Strong understanding of market research and analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the hardware/software services/SaaS Sales is an advantage
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
