**Qualifications and Skills**
- Master’s degree in Business or a related field
- 3 to 4 years of experience in business development or sales within the MEP (Mechanical,
Electrical, and Plumbing) Turnkey Projects Industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- To work on Designing & Solution expert, SITC & turnkey projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
- Create and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and
potential growth opportunities
- To work with insfrastructure sales, commercial projects
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and sales contracts
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer
satisfaction
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics and market trends
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements
- Provide feedback and input to senior management on market trends, customer needs,
and competitive landscape
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
