Roles and responsibilites
- 1. Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences in detail, including any special considerations or concerns

2. Managing materials and labor costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines

3. Reviewing bids from subcontractors to ensure they are reasonable in price and scope of work offered

4. Working with architects to coordinate design details with construction plans

5. Preparing progress reports for clients on a regular basis throughout the duration of the project

6. Initiating the project, planning and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables

7. Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management and stakeholders

8. Coordinating project meetings and decision-making processes

9. Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project team and ensuring that they have the tools required for delivering the project on time

10. Completing the project and creating required documentation and reports for the management

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Project executive: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Gurgaon, Haryana (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
