**Job Overview**

This position is project-based, rather than task-oriented. It requires a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously while still understanding the company's and respective teams' needs.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management, and stakeholders
- Coordinating project meetings and decision-making processes
- Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project team, and ensuring that they have the tools required for delivering the project on time
- Managing reviews/meetings of the project, creating required documentation, and posting them on the required platform

**Knowledge and Skills Required**
- ** Well-versed in spoken and written English**:

- ** Must possess good listening, hearing, notes making(MOM)**:

- ** Must be flexible with any shifts and weekly offs**

**Experience**
- 0-1-year experience in project management or client service
- Any prior experience with Basecamp or any other project management tool will be an advantage.

**Education**
- Should be a graduate
- Any certification in Project management would be preferred (_Not Mandatory_)
