The Project Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects within the organization. This role involves managing resources, timelines, and ensuring projects meet organizational objectives. The Project Executive will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion.
- **Communication**: Act as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues.
- **Resource Management**: Assist in the allocation of resources (human, financial, and material) to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and collaborate with the project manager to develop mitigation strategies.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are in line with client expectations.
- **Budget Monitoring**: Assist in tracking project expenses and budget utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- **Client Interaction**: Support the project manager in maintaining positive relationships with clients and managing their expectations.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address project-related issues or challenges and propose solutions to keep projects on track.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
