**Key Responsibilities**:

- To undertake the documentation. Also to maintain systematic records as required in hard copy and soft copy
- Vendor selection and management
- Responsible for preparation of various reports
- Making travel arrangements and ticket bookings
- Maintain records of all office activities
- Managing In house programs including logistics etc.
- Responsible for all printing jobs like branding materials etc.

**Required Skills**:

- Good verbal and written communication
- Working knowledge of office equipment like printers
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

**Educational Qualification**

Graduate degree (in any stream) from a recognised University and atleast having an relevant experience of 1 year.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
