**Job Title**: Inside Sales Associate - EdTech
**Location**: Calicut (Onsite)
**Experience**: 1-3 years (preferably in Inside Sales or EdTech)
**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Language Requirement**: Proficiency in **Malayalam** is essential
**About the Role**:
We are hiring a motivated and target-driven **Business Development Executive** for our Calicut office. If you have experience in inside sales or the EdTech industry, and are confident communicating in Malayalam, we’d love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate and maintain contact with potential customers through various outreach methods
- Present our products effectively and communicate their value clearly
- Help prospects understand how our EdTech solutions can benefit them
- Build credibility and nurture long-term client relationships
- Consistently meet assigned sales targets and performance benchmarks
- Track and document leads, conversations, and outcomes accurately
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors’ offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales effectiveness
**What You’ll Need**:
- 1-3 years of experience in **Inside Sales or EdTech** (Freshers will not be considered)
- **Fluent Malayalam communication skills**:
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
- Self-driven, with a strong focus on achieving results
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
