**Job Title: Admin Executive**
**Location**: Mohali, Punjab
**Experience**: 1 to 2 years (Hospitality background preferred)
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping and maintain a clean, professional office environment
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and manage vendor-related tasks
- Prepare and manage duty rosters for housekeeping, security, and support staff
- Ensure availability of resources during weekends and public holidays
- Arrange food and transportation for employees working late hours
- Train and monitor support staff to maintain service quality standards
- Handle internal service-related concerns and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Manage office inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Provide administrative support across departments and ensure daily operations run smoothly
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in administration or facilities (preferably in hospitality or service roles)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational abilities
- Capability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
