**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy **Admin Executive** to manage order processing tasks for our UK logistics operations. The primary responsibility is to **accept or reject orders** based on pre-defined guidelines, ensuring smooth and timely order flow. This is a backend, non-voice role requiring attention to detail and adherence to process rules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Log in to the order management system during assigned shift hours.
- Review incoming orders and validate them against client-specified criteria.
- Accept or reject orders as per the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Tag or escalate exceptions or unclear orders to the concerned department.
- Maintain accurate records of accepted and rejected orders.
- Coordinate with the team lead or supervisor for updates or special instructions.
- Ensure completion of all assigned orders within the deadline.
- Adhere to compliance and data protection protocols while handling sensitive information.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills (to understand UK orders).
- Willingness to work in UK shifts.
