We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our team. As a GRE, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and overall positive experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to create a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly welcome, and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Provide detailed information about the facility's amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, going above and beyond to create a personalized and memorable experience.
- Coordinate and assist with guest reservations, including room bookings, restaurant reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior, reflecting the standards and values of the establishment.
- Handle guest feedback and reviews, addressing concerns and providing appropriate solutions to ensure guest loyalty and positive reviews.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to resolve guest issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Stay updated on local events, attractions, and current trends to provide accurate recommendations and enhance guests' experiences.
- Maintain accurate guest records, including personal information, special requests, and preferences, using the appropriate software or systems.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by following established procedures and protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Professional demeanor, with excellent grooming and presentation standards.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple guest requests and inquiries simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and other relevant technology.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Education and Certification:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional hospitality or customer service training or certification is desirable.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
