- **Team Leadership & Supervision**:

- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with other kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and delivery.
- Provide training and guidance to junior kitchen staff and encourage a positive team environment.

- **Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement of fresh ingredients for both the kitchen and bakery.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Keep track of supplies and order items as necessary to avoid shortages or wastage.

- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and bakery areas.
- Ensure that food preparation areas and equipment are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained.

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently providing high-quality dishes and baked products.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, making adjustments as needed to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role at a restaurant or bakery.
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, including cooking techniques and flavor profiles..
- Ability to design and create seasonal menus and special dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen safety procedures.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
