We are looking for Brand Executives who implement plans for the brand, customer experience and brand loyalty to drive the organization's brand awareness. A brand executive manages campaigns, social media strategy, and public image of a brand.

RDP is a leading IT Hardware brand for Design & Manufacture of Computing Devices. We Just reached 10 Years but have a presence across India. We promote “Make in India” (MII) by Designing & Manufacturing of Laptop PC, Desktop PC, Tablet PC, All in One PC, Servers and Workstations.

In this context we are looking to hire a Brand Executive to serve as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for brand endorsing. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships.

**Responsibilities**:
Accountable for managing a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial and distribution.
Develop custom marketing and advertising strategies.
Create designs and layouts for media outlets.
Establish and maintain brand budgets.
Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.
Complete research into industry trends and public perception.
Maintaining relationships with company stakeholders.
Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize brand activities for the year.

Maintaining of Branding MIS documents on day to day basis.
Able to work on his own as well as part of a team.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field.
0-2 years of experience in marketing(IT Hardware marketing preferred).
Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
Passionate about building brand loyalty.
Immediate joiner preferred.
