We are looking for a creative driven Branding Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining our real estate brand presence across digital, print, and on-ground channels.

Role & responsibilities

This role requires an understanding of real estate marketing trends, local market behavior, and an eye for design and storytelling.

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance visibility and reputation in the real estate market.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage branding activities including project naming, brochure design, hoardings, site branding, digital creatives, and event collaterals.
  • Work closely with creative agencies for ad campaigns, videos, and other brand-related deliverables.
  • Assist in planning and execution of corporate and promotional events, launches, and exhibitions.
  • Oversee digital branding initiatives including social media content, website updates, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all internal and external communications.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in branding or marketing roles, preferably in real estate, construction, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and visual identity.
  • Experience working with design and creative agencies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
