About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong branding and marketing skills, and be open to exploring and adapting to new industries, especially in the field of interiors and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and identity.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to attract target audiences.
  • Manage social media presence and content consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and management teams for brand alignment.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing activities.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in branding or marketing (any industry).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the interior design, architecture, or creative industry is an advantage.
