Role:
Brand Marketing Manager
(Full-Time, On-Site – Hyderabad)

We're looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-driven individual to lead creator content development, social media storytelling, and community engagement across platforms.

As our Brand Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive high-performing content in collaboration with creators and internal teams—content that reflects Daughter Earth's voice, vision, and values. You'll also nurture our digital community by engaging meaningfully with followers, creators, and customers across platforms.

This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the brand narrative and grow with
Daughter Earth
over the next 5+ years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end creator content execution: identify, brief, and collaborate with creators to co-develop high-impact content
  • Develop and manage social media content strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Cultivate a vibrant community by engaging with customers and followers across comments, DMs, and community channels
  • Act as the brand's voice across all social and creator touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal teams (performance marketing, design, product) to ensure cohesive storytelling
  • Track and optimize performance of content and engagement strategies
  • Execute outreach initiatives that strengthen brand equity and emotional connection

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content, creator partnerships, or community management
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube trends and creator ecosystems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for memes, hooks, formats, and internet culture
  • Highly self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
  • Collaborative team player with a bias for action and accountability
  • Prior experience in community-facing roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
