Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized Client Servicing Executive / Account Manager who will serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. The role involves managing digital marketing projects, understanding client needs, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for digital marketing clients.
  • Understand client objectives, prepare briefs, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — design, content, social media, SEO, and paid ads — to deliver quality work on schedule.
  • Monitor campaign progress, prepare performance reports, and share insights with clients.
  • Assist in strategy development, proposal preparation, and campaign presentations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through up-selling or cross-selling digital services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • 0–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing coordination (agency experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads).
  • Passion for digital marketing, trends, and client engagement.
