**Position : Client Service Executive**

**Location : Hyderabad**

A Client Services Executive is a key member of an agency's team, responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with the agency's clients. we are looking for an individual who has at least 2 years of advertising experience and is skilled in communication, organization, and project management.

**The main responsibilities of a Client Services Executive include**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and providing them with information about the agency's services and projects.
- Work closely with the agency's account
managers and creative team to develop and execute effective advertising
campaigns for clients.
- Manage client budgets and schedules,
ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor the performance of advertising
campaigns and provide regular reports to clients on the results.
- Identify opportunities for new business
with existing clients and work with the account managers to develop proposals
and pitches.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the
advertising industry and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.

**Qualifications for this position include**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing,
or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in
customer service or client relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and
conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and manage
multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
software
- Experience in the agency industry is a
plus.

To be successful in this role, a Client Services Executive should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and problem-solve. They should also have a solid understanding of the advertising industry, including the various channels and tactics used to reach target audiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
