**A Leading Construction Company in Pune** requires **Site Sales Executive** - for **Loni Kalbore, Pune **location Site.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Should have good experience in handling walking customers at Construction site.
- Should be well versed in conducting property price negotiations to reach a profitable bargain.
- Adapt by interacting with walking customers/buyers, and department staff to coordinate the sale of real estate.
- Attending Customers, Showing Sample Flat and following with customers till the Sale is done
- Presentation Skills.
- **Age limit 30 to 35 years.**:

- Knowledge of Local Language along with English, Marathi & Hindi is a MUST.
- Locals Preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Attending walking customers at Construction Site: 1 year (preferred)
- Showing Sample Flat, Providing Flats details: 1 year (preferred)
- Providing Documents required for loan process: 1 year (preferred)
- Following up with customers till the Flat Sales is done: 1 year (preferred)
