
Assistant Tender Executive

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **identifying, monitoring, and tracking tenders** (especially GeM portal tenders) relevant to the company’s products and services.
- Support in **preparing technical and financial documents**, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender requirements.
- Coordinate with the **sales team** to gather inputs, pricing, and necessary approvals for timely submission.
- Maintain proper **documentation, records, and databases** of all submitted tenders, status updates, and results.
- Assist in **communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams** regarding clarifications and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with all **legal, financial, and technical requirements** while preparing bids.
- Provide **post-tender support**, including clarifications, negotiations, and documentation.
- Work closely with the **tender manager or senior executives** to ensure timely and successful tender participation.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in tendering, sales coordination, or back-office operations (experience with GeM portal preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **tender processes, bidding procedures, and government procurement systems**.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong **organizational and documentation** skills.
- Ability to **work under deadlines** and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
