**Job Title**: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

**Experience**: 1-2 years in customer service, hospitality, or front office roles

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist clients and visitors at the site office, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Provide detailed information about real estate projects, including amenities, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings with the sales team.
- Address client queries promptly and ensure satisfaction during their visit.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and stocked with brochures and other marketing materials.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the sales/marketing teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Manage visitor logs, appointment schedules, and other front-office administrative tasks.
- Assist in hosting site events, client walkthroughs, and special meetings.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic administrative software.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in the real estate or hospitality sector is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
