**Position**: Office Assistance
**Experience**: 3 to 6 years of experience
**Location**:Bengaluru
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the company's executives
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinating with project team, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely closure of issues
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of an office
- Responsible for ordering supplies, managing budgets, and coordinating with other departments
- Providing support to executive and managerial staff, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports
- Perform basic book keeping and office management systems and procedures
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
- Update the accounting system and Assist in vendor relationship management
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Coordinating with project staff regarding site progress
- Checking Labor bills to process for contractors payment
- Coordinate with Customer for Project execution
- Proven experience in executive assistance and Project coordination roles
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
