Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, well-organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions at our Bangalore office. The role involves managing office activities, handling errands within and outside the office, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, courier handling, photocopying, and scanning.
- Assist in maintaining office inventory and ensure timely procurement of stationery, supplies, and consumables.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and parcels).
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office-related needs.
- Travel within nearby areas for official work, including document submission, pickup/delivery, or coordination with government offices and banks.
- Support HR and Accounts departments with basic administrative tasks such as collecting bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises in coordination with housekeeping staff.
- Greet and assist visitors, handle phone calls, and manage front-desk duties when required.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, arranging refreshments, and preparing meeting rooms.
- Update and maintain basic records in MS Office (Excel, Word) and assist with data entry or filing as directed.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to senior staff.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in office assistance, administration, or similar roles.
- Languages: Proficient in English, Hindi, and Kannada (both written and verbal).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling).
- Other Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
- Honest, disciplined, and dependable personality.
- Willingness to travel locally for work as required.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (timings may vary based on work requirements)
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
