Front Office Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and organized Admin Executive to manage front office operations and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handle calls and correspondence, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the front office and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier deliveries efficiently.
- Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and maintain front office security.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure conference rooms are prepared for meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Assist in organizing office events, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure the reception area and office premises are well maintained and presentable.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, IT, and facility teams for day-to-day requirements.
- Handle petty cash and maintain related records as per company policy.
- Assist HR and Admin departments with routine clerical support as required.
