Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Handling Incoming calls and other communication
- Managing filing system
- Helping with merchandising
- Assisting in events and volunteer house management
- Responsible for inventory and logistics
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties
- Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Organize and assist directors in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in timely manner
- Resolve office-related issues and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments as per the need
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, scanning documents
**Skills Required**:
- Graduate in any stream
- Previous working experience as an office assistant will be prefered
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada (speech & script)
- Proven experience in relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of MS OFFICE
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
