Job Designation - Office Assistant
Location - Bangalore (Malleshwaram)
- Making arrangements for guest’s entry process, assisting them in reaching the office location, greeting guests/clients and visitors whenever they visit the office, directing to them to respective meeting rooms and informing the concerned stakeholders.
- Ensuring the meeting room is available & ready for the meetings all the time.
- Buying and serving refreshments/food for management/staff and visitors as per the requirements.
- Sending & receiving couriers or parcels, maintaining the records and follow up.
- Assisting in office day to day operations based on the requirements like delivering files & documents, following with online orders, to other staff members, dispatching documents, etc.
- Carry out day to day operations and coordinate with vendors in admin related tasks.
- General office tasks such as bills & vouchers scanning, printing documents.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in flexible timing.
- 2-wheeler license is mandatory
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
