- Manage vendors, suppliers and housekeeping. Ensure that all transactions are documented and filed.
- Type and document meeting notes for specific meeting as directed by management.
- Manage office stock and inventory. Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Prepare and track office as well as travel expenses
- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying and printing. Carry out specific activities such as local bank visits.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Manage all visitors. Greet visitors and provide station information to visitors

**Requirements and qualification**
- Minimum 4 year experience in an office assistant role.
- Minimum qualification bachelor’s degree.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical problem solver

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
