We are looking to hire an Admin assistant (low-level management) for Bangalore with a Health Tech Company.
The person will handle,coordinate and perform all low level admin management tasks.
**Job title: Admin Assistant**
**Reports to: Manager Finance**
**Location: Bengaluru, India**
**Work from Office Only**
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of office management
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Word)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Qualification: High School /degree;
- Exp; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Driving license - 4-wheeler (good and safe driving skills)
- Two-wheeler must
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists.
- Manage office operations:
- Courier services
- Field Work
- Book travel arrangements and manage guest services.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external vendors
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Liaise with all clinics and branches
- Coordinate with Building maintenance team & housekeeping team
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and organise the meetings.
- All other ancillary works in day to day operations of the office.
Monday to Saturday
Working hours - 9 to 7 pm, flexible when work demands
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
