**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a reliable, well-organized, and proactive **Office Assistant** to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions at our Bangalore office. The role involves managing office activities, handling errands within and outside the office, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, courier handling, photocopying, and scanning.
- Assist in maintaining office inventory and ensure timely procurement of stationery, supplies, and consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office-related needs.
- Travel within nearby areas for official work, including document submission, pickup/delivery, or coordination with government offices and banks.
- Support HR and Accounts departments with basic administrative tasks such as collecting bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises in coordination with housekeeping staff.
- Greet and assist visitors, handle phone calls, and manage front-desk duties when required.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, arranging refreshments, and preparing meeting rooms.
- Update and maintain basic records in MS Office (Excel, Word) and assist with data entry or filing as directed.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to senior staff.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in office assistance, administration, or similar roles.
- **Languages**: Proficient in **English, Hindi, and Kannada** (both written and verbal).
- **Other Skills**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
- Honest, disciplined, and dependable personality.
- Willingness to travel locally for work as required.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (timings may vary based on work requirements)
**Compensation**:
Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
