**Position Objective**:
The Office Boy is responsible for assisting with essential office activities such as clerical tasks, managing office supplies, handling courier services, booking tickets, ordering ID cards, and performing receptionist duties. This role ensures smooth office operations by providing support to staff and maintaining an organized work environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Deliver or collect documents within the office or to/from external parties.
- Manage booking of travel tickets (flights, trains, etc.) for staff and management.
- Order and arrange office ID cards for new employees or replacements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, ensuring timely delivery and receipt.
- Track and update staff on the status of important deliveries.
- Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies such as stationery.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, and inform the manager when stocks are low.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as answering calls and taking messages when required.
- Purchasing office necessities.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring they are comfortable and attended to.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.  Guide visitors to the appropriate person or department.

**Qualifications**:

- 12+, Diploma.
- Basic computer operations.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work with mínimal supervision.
- Languages - ENGLISH, KANNADA AND HINDI (mandatory)

**Perks**

Package: ₹ 1.5 to 2.2 LPA

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
