Office Assistant – Key Duties in a Modern Workplace1. Administrative Support

  • Handling daily clerical tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying).
  • Maintaining office records and documentation.

2. Front Desk & Communication

  • Receiving visitors and directing them to the concerned department.

4. Office Management

  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders.
  • Ensuring office equipment (printers, scanners, systems) is functioning.
  • Keeping the workplace clean, organized, and presentable.

5. Support to Management & Staff

  • Assisting managers with administrative tasks

8. Customer & Client Support

  • Assisting customers or clients with queries.
  • Coordinating deliveries, couriers, and service calls.
  • Maintaining good professional relationships.

9. Basic Accounting & Finance Support (if required)

  • Assisting with petty cash handling.

10. Compliance & Safety Support

  • visitor logs.
  • Ensuring safety protocols are followed in the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹19,000.00 per month
