**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Audit Planning**: Collaborate with the audit team to develop audit plans, including understanding the audit objectives, identifying key risks, and designing appropriate audit procedures.
- **Conduct Audit Fieldwork**: Participate in on-site audit fieldwork by gathering relevant audit evidence, performing audit tests, and documenting audit findings in accordance with established audit standards and procedures.
- **Review Financial Records**: Review financial statements, transaction records, and other relevant documents to assess their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations and accounting principles.
- **Perform Analytical Procedures**: Conduct analytical procedures to evaluate financial data trends, identify anomalies or irregularities, and assess the reasonableness of financial information.
- **Document Audit Workpapers**: Prepare comprehensive audit workpapers documenting audit procedures performed, findings, conclusions, and recommendations in a clear, organized manner.
- **Communicate Audit Results**: Assist in preparing audit reports summarizing audit findings, observations, and recommendations for management's review and follow-up actions.
- **Follow-up on Audit Recommendations**: Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions by management, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues.
- **Stay Current with Regulations**: Stay abreast of changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and enhance audit effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing concepts.
- Previous experience in auditing, accounting, or finance is preferred.
- Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to upholding professional ethics and integrity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
