Job Summary We are seeking a Quality Analyst Intern to support our Quality Assurance team in maintaining high standards of hygiene food safety and product quality in our chocolate manufacturing process This role offers hands-on experience in food industry QA protocols and exposure to various quality control procedures Key Responsibilities Assist in monitoring the production process to ensure adherence to FSSAI and internal quality standards Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials in-process items and finished products Help maintain proper documentation and records related to QA processes Participate in sensory evaluation and shelf-life testing of chocolate products Ensure hygiene and sanitation procedures are being followed on the factory floor Assist in identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective actions Coordinate with production and packing teams to ensure quality compliance Support internal audits and sample collection as required Qualifications Pursuing or completed a degree diploma in Food Technology Microbiology Biochemistry or a related field Interest in food manufacturing especially confectionery or chocolate production Good observational skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of FSSAI regulations GMP and HACCP is an advantage Willingness to work in factory production environments What We Offer Hands-on learning experience in the chocolate industry Exposure to quality systems and audits Internship certificate upon successful completion Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance and availability Job Types Full-time Internship Contract length 06 months Pay 6 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person Application Deadline 05 07 2025 Expected Start Date 14 07 2025
