Key Responsibilities Customer Acquisition Service Generate leads and source new customers for gold loan products Explain loan schemes eligibility criteria interest rates and repayment terms to customers Ensure smooth on-boarding of customers by assisting with documentation and KYC compliance Provide prompt and courteous service ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Gold Loan Operations Conduct purity and weight testing of gold ornaments using standard methods Maintain proper documentation of pledged gold including photographs packet sealing and labeling Enter loan details accurately in the Loan Management System LMS Core Banking System CBS Disburse loans as per approved limits and ensure timely repayment monitoring Compliance Risk Management Ensure adherence to company policies RBI guidelines and statutory requirements in gold loan operations Maintain security and confidentiality of pledged gold and related records Monitor overdue accounts follow-up for repayments and coordinate with collection teams if required Report suspicious transactions or fraud risks immediately Branch Operations Support Maintain gold stock register daily cash register and other MIS reports Assist in periodic physical verification of gold and audit requirements Support cross-selling of allied financial products insurance business loans etc Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
