Job Title: Work from Home Telecaller (Tamil and English Fluency)
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecaller who is fluent in both Tamil and English to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. This is a work-from-home position, so you must have a quiet and dedicated workspace.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
- Explain our products/services to potential customers and answer their questions.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the calling process.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in both Tamil and English languages.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales or telemarketing role.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in a work-from-home setup.
