We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our products and services. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing valuable solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues, product inquiries, and service-related concerns.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers regarding product features, order statuses, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams or supervisors when necessary.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved and gather feedback on their experience.
- Continuously improve customer support processes and share insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
