**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle customer billing, invoicing, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Maintain and update stock registers, purchase entries, and vendor records.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material orders and deliveries.
- Manage petty cash, expense tracking, and basic accounting support.
- Attend to customer queries (in person and over the phone).
- Prepare reports on sales, stock, and expenses for management review.
- Support owner/manager in administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure office cleanliness and proper filing of documents.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in office administration or retail operations (hardware or construction industry preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Basic accounting and billing knowledge (Tally or MS Excel preferred).
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Organizational and multitasking ability.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off (or as per store policy)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
