Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Industry: Hardware / Building Materials
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
 - Handle customer billing, invoicing, and maintain accurate sales records.
 - Maintain and update stock registers, purchase entries, and vendor records.
 - Coordinate with suppliers for material orders and deliveries.
 - Manage petty cash, expense tracking, and basic accounting support.
 - Attend to customer queries (in person and over the phone).
 - Prepare reports on sales, stock, and expenses for management review.
 - Support owner/manager in administrative and operational tasks.
 - Ensure office cleanliness and proper filing of documents.
 
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
 - Experience: 1–3 years of experience in office administration or retail operations (hardware or construction industry preferred).
 - Skills:
 - Basic accounting and billing knowledge (Tally or MS Excel preferred).
 - Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
 - Computer literacy – MS Office, billing software, email handling.
 - Organizational and multitasking ability.
 
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
 - Sunday: Weekly Off (or as per store policy)
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹6, ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
