**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service: Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Address inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Reception Duties: Answer incoming phone calls, redirect calls as necessary, and take messages when required. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized.
- Scheduling and Appointments: Manage appointment schedules for staff members, schedule meetings, and help with conference room bookings.
- Mail Handling: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to other departments, including document filing, data entry, and assisting with office supplies inventory management.
- Records Management: Ensure that office records are filed, organized, and maintained in an easily accessible manner.
- Office Equipment: Maintain and operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines. Ensure supplies are stocked and functioning properly.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support daily office operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Any graduation /diploma - additional administrative or office management certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 1+ yrs Prior experience in an office or customer-facing role preferably in an administrative
- Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
