**Req Description**:
Job purpose: The incumbent will assist the Asia Regional Collections Team - Legacy Franchise, in driving governance across all Legacy countries and support all Regional and Global reporting requirements. Additionally, will be required to provide a range of management support to Regional Collections Head.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure due governance and tracking of key collection indicators for Asia collections - for consultation with countries and reporting requirements.
- Assist in planning and implementing, jointly with Regional collections team and country teams, key collections operations initiatives.
- Participate in all associated regional / country forums and work to achieve desired organizational objectives
- Ensure quality and timeliness of the periodic Collection reporting requirements in coordination with CSIPL team and country teams.
- Trend analysis for key delinquency indicators and advise on improvement actions across the region.
- Guide country teams on various strategic interventions based on data analytics, for fine tuning the collection strategy.
- Review and augment the collection allocation models based on scorecard based approach.

**Req Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Degree from recognized university.
- Min 5+ years experience across relevant functional or strong background in data analytics projects supporting credit operations
- Knowledge of the Collections landscape and operations model would be an added advantage.
- Strong experience in data management and exposure to management decks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is innovative and solution-oriented
- Knowledge of Citi asset products and service platforms will be an added advantage.
