**Job Title - COMMI I (Pizza section)**

**Location - Italian Restaurant at Bandra West**

**Experience -1-3 years**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assisting Senior Chefs**:
A Commis 1 works under the guidance of more experienced chefs, helping with various tasks related to pizza preparation.
- **Food Preparation**:
This includes tasks like chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, portioning ingredients, and making dough.
- **Pizza Assembly**:
They follow recipes to assemble pizzas with the correct toppings and presentation.
- **Oven Operation**:
They may be responsible for operating and monitoring pizza ovens, ensuring proper temperature control.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**:
A key aspect of the job is maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and surfaces.
- **Following Procedures**:
They adhere to standard recipes, cooking instructions, and hygiene standards.
- **Quality Control**:
Ensuring that pizzas meet quality standards for taste, appearance, and consistency.
- **Stock Management**:
They may assist with inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies of ingredients.

Skills and Requirements:

- **Culinary Skills**: Basic cooking skills, including knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- **Food Safety Knowledge**: Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is essential.
- **Ability to Work Under Pressure**: Fast-paced kitchen environments require the ability to work efficiently and maintain quality under pressure.
- **Teamwork and Communication**: Good communication and teamwork skills are important for collaborating with other kitchen staff.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
