**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Planning & Execution**:

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for MICE events.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and objectives.
- Source, negotiate, and finalize contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- Oversee event logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, F&B, and AV setup.

**Client Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Provide innovative ideas and solutions to meet client expectations.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

**Budgeting & Reporting**:

- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and generate post-event financial reports.
- Track KPIs and prepare post-event evaluations for process improvement.

**Vendor & Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Conduct site inspections and pre-event briefings with vendors and teams.
- Manage on-site operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

**Marketing & Sales Support**:

- Assist in creating event proposals, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Support the sales team in pitching MICE services to potential clients.
- Stay updated on MICE trends and recommend innovative strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills:Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in MICE operations or event management.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel and work extended hours when needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in event management (e.g., CEM, CMP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and technologies.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
