MICE Domestic Operations Manager- Mumbai

Job Summary

The
Manager – Domestic Operations (MICE)
will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing domestic corporate events, conferences, incentive programs, meetings, and exhibitions. The role requires end-to-end operational management, vendor coordination, client servicing, and ensuring flawless delivery of MICE projects across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end operations for domestic MICE events, including planning, budgeting, logistics, and on-ground execution.
  • Work closely with the sales and client servicing teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Negotiate with hotels, venues, transporters, and other vendors for best rates and service quality.
  • Prepare detailed event proposals, itineraries, and operational plans.
  • Manage event budgets, ensure cost control, and maximize profitability.
  • Supervise event set-up, registration, travel, hospitality, F&B, and technical arrangements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and statutory regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team members for effective execution.
